본 방침은 신욱중(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 Everwise(에버와이즈)(이하 “서비스”)의 개인정보 처리에 관해 설명합니다. 서비스는 역사 속 인물에게서 영감을 받은 AI 멘토와 대화하는 앱입니다.

1수집하는 정보

계정 정보 — Google 또는 Kakao 로그인 시 제공되는 이메일·고유 식별자·표시 이름. 게스트로도 이용할 수 있습니다.
프로필 정보 — 사용자가 입력한 닉네임(애칭), 목표/관심사.
대화 내용 및 첨부 이미지 — 멘토에게 보낸 메시지와 첨부한 이미지. AI 응답 생성을 위해 처리됩니다.
이용 및 분석 데이터 — 화면 이용, 기능 사용 빈도 등(Firebase Analytics).
광고 식별자 — 광고 제공을 위한 기기 광고 ID(AdMob).
구매 정보 — 구독 결제 시 Google Play가 처리하는 거래 상태(운영자는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 저장하지 않습니다).
기기·로그 데이터 — 기기 종류, OS 버전, 오류 로그 등 기술 정보.

3제3자 처리 및 공유

서비스는 아래 신뢰할 수 있는 업체를 통해 데이터를 처리합니다. 각 업체는 자체 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

운영자는 위와 같은 서비스 제공 목적 외에 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

4보관 및 저장 위치

멘토와의 대화 기록은 사용자 기기에 로컬 저장되어 다음 방문 시 이어집니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
계정·프로필 등 일부 데이터는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 서버(Firebase)에 보관됩니다.
대화 처리를 위해 전송된 데이터는 AI 처리 업체의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

5사용자의 권리 및 삭제 요청

사용자는 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 대화는 앱 내에서 데이터 삭제로 직접 지울 수 있으며, 계정·서버 데이터 삭제는 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요.

6광고 및 동의

무료 사용자에게는 AdMob 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 지역 법규에 따라 앱 실행 시 광고 개인 맞춤화에 대한 동의(UMP)를 요청할 수 있으며, 사용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.

7아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만(해당 지역 기준에 따라 13세 미만) 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

8보안

운영자는 전송 구간 암호화 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송이 완전히 안전하다고 보장할 수는 없습니다.

9방침 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

This policy explains how Shin Wook-Joong (“we”) handles personal information in the mobile application Everwise (the “Service”), an app for conversing with AI mentors inspired by historical figures.

1Information we collect

Account info — email, unique identifier, and display name provided when you sign in with Google or Kakao. You may also use the app as a guest.
Profile info — the nickname and goal/interest you enter.
Chat content & attached images — messages you send to a mentor and any images you attach, processed to generate AI responses.
Usage & analytics — screens viewed and feature usage (Firebase Analytics).
Advertising identifier — your device advertising ID for serving ads (AdMob).
Purchase info — subscription transaction status handled by Google Play. We do not store payment-method details such as card numbers.
Device & log data — device model, OS version, and error logs.

To provide core features, including generating AI mentor responses
To authenticate accounts and keep your settings
To analyze and improve the Service
To display ads (free users) and manage subscriptions
To diagnose errors and maintain security

We process data through the trusted providers below, each governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

4Retention & storage

Your conversations with a mentor are stored locally on your device so they resume on your next visit, and are removed when you clear app data or uninstall.
Some account/profile data is retained on our servers (Firebase) for as long as needed to provide the Service.
Data sent for AI processing is handled under the AI provider's policy.

5Your rights & deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. On-device conversations can be cleared via app data; for account/server data deletion, contact us at the email below.

6Ads & consent

Free users may see AdMob ads. Where required by local law, the app may request consent for ad personalization (UMP). You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.

7Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 14 (or 13 where applicable) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8Security

We apply reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed fully secure.

9Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new effective date.
